Day 1 of my internship at a creative agency - Recap

As required by my university, I have to write a final report on my internship so I decided to write about some of the things I notice and work on as my internship progresses.

Things I noticed:

- The meeting room has astro turf as flooring

- The grocery store chain Coles delivers food to our office. Employees can make a sandwich for lunch with food provided by the agency.

- As I expected employees work long hours (hence why food is delivered to keep them in the office and caffeinated )

- The office has a cool open plan layout with white desks and Macs (of course)

- The staff is super friendly and it seems as if everyone pitches in and bounces ideas of each other.

- Dress code: smart casual (as expected)

Things I worked on:

- Started creating and eneganement and aquisistion Facebook strategy for a hotel

- Also, started on a Facebook conversation calendar

- Was explained what an “Engagement Style Guide” is which will be my next project
